  • Copyright infringement, trademark infringement
  • Violation of personal rights, defamation, slander
  • Distribution of child pornography
  • Phishing, fraud, money laundering
  • Trade in illegal goods or services

2.2 Malware and Security Threats

  • Distribution of viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware
  • Hosting of command-and-control servers (C&C) for botnets
  • Cryptojacking or unauthorized mining of cryptocurrencies
  • DDoS attacks or hacking
  • Exploitation of security vulnerabilities in third-party systems

2.3 Spam and Unwanted Communication

  • Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
  • Email harvesting or scraping of email addresses
  • Hosting spam relay servers
  • SMS spam or other unwanted mass communication

2.4 Resource Abuse

  • Excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth usage
  • Exceeding agreed resource limits
  • Operation of file-sharing services for copyrighted material
  • Cryptocurrency mining without permission

3. Resource Limits

The following resource limits apply to shared hosting packages:

4. Enforcement and Sanctions

4.1 Three-Strike Procedure (for non-severe violations)

  2. Temporary Suspension: Account suspension until remedy
  3. Termination: Extraordinary termination without refund

4.2 Immediate Actions (for severe violations)

For severe violations (e.g., child pornography, DDoS attacks):

  • Immediate suspension without notice
  • Termination without notice without refund
  • Report to law enforcement
