- Trade in illegal goods or services
2.2 Malware and Security Threats
- Distribution of viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware
- Hosting of command-and-control servers (C&C) for botnets
- Cryptojacking or unauthorized mining of cryptocurrencies
- DDoS attacks or hacking
- Exploitation of security vulnerabilities in third-party systems
2.3 Spam and Unwanted Communication
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
- Email harvesting or scraping of email addresses
- Hosting spam relay servers
- SMS spam or other unwanted mass communication
2.4 Resource Abuse
- Excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth usage
- Exceeding agreed resource limits
- Operation of file-sharing services for copyrighted material
- Cryptocurrency mining without permission
3. Resource Limits
The following resource limits apply to shared hosting packages:

4. Enforcement and Sanctions
In case of violations of this AUP:
4.1 Three-Strike Procedure (for non-severe violations)
- Warning: Written notice with deadline to remedy (24-72 hours)
- Temporary Suspension: Account suspension until remedy
- Termination: Extraordinary termination without refund
4.2 Immediate Actions (for severe violations)
For severe violations (e.g., child pornography, DDoS attacks):
- Immediate suspension without notice
- Termination without notice without refund
- Report to law enforcement
