Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Graham Miranda, Hasselfelder Straße 23, 38889 Blankenburg (Harz), Germany, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Special Notice for Services

If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a service contract after the service has been fully provided and if the execution of the service only began after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract by us.

Refund Policy for Business Customers

For business customers within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code), the following regulations apply:

No Statutory Withdrawal Period

Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. The following refund regulations are provided on a voluntary basis.

Goodwill Refund within 7 Days

Business customers may request a refund within 7 days of contract conclusion, provided that:

  • The service has not yet been activated or used
  • No setup fees or installation services have been provided
  • The request is made in writing via email to [email protected]

Pro-Rata Refund for Annual Contracts

For annual contracts that are terminated early:

  • No refund for the first 3 months of the contract
  • Pro-rata refund for remaining full months after the 3rd month
  • Calculation is based on the monthly price, not the discounted annual price
  • Setup fees and installation costs are non-refundable

Exclusion from Refund

A refund is excluded in cases of:

  • Violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Abuse of the service
  • Extraordinary termination by the provider for good cause
  • Domain registration fees (non-refundable according to registry policies)
  • SSL certificates and other third-party licenses
  • Customized or tailored services

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval of the request. The actual credit to your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

Refund Method

Refunds are made to the original payment method used, unless otherwise agreed.
